Miguel Tirado is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine with over 15 years of experience as a physician. Dr. Tirado attended medical school at the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn College of Medicine and did his Internal Medicine Residency at Staten Island University Hospital. During his time at Staten Island University Hospital, Dr. Tirado served as Chief Medical Hospitalist, Attending Physician in the Emergency Department and Medical Director of Chemical Dependency Services. He currently retains privileges at SIUH. Dr. Tirado is also a member of the medical staff of Carmel Richmond Nursing Home and New Vanderbilt Rehabilitation and Care Center. His memberships include the Richmond County Medical Society, American Society of Addiction Medicine, American College of Physicians and the New York State Medical Society. Dr. Tirado currently resides in Staten Island and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Kirpan brings over 30 years of medical experience to Richmond Primary Care. She attended medical school at Akadeimia Medyczma of Poland and completed her residencies at New York Methodist Hospital of Brooklyn as well as Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Kirpan is currently a member of the medical staff of Staten Island University Hospital
Keith Kouroupos, a native Staten Islander has been with Richmond Primary Care since 2009. He is an NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant, practicing since 2005. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree and PA Certificate from Wagner College, Keith was appointed to the Ancillary Medical Staff of Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Working in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Keith provided care to pre- and postoperative open heart and lung surgery patients. After leaving Maimonides, Keith joined the staff of Immediate Medical Care Center in Chester, NJ. There, he provided urgent care and occupational medical services. Following his work at IMCC, Keith joined the Ancillary Medical Staff of NYU Langone Medical Center in the Department of Radiology. Keith currently resides in Staten Island and enjoys activities including baseball, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Austin Epstein is a NCCPA board certified physician assistant with a wealth of experience in the medical field. He currently serves as clinical coordinator of the Wagner College Physician Assistant Program. Austin has clinical experience in the fields of Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine as well as Forensics.
